Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are select locations to which we are unable to ship. If your location is among these exceptions, we will notify you immediately to find a suitable solution.
Order Cancellation
You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any point before it ships. Should you wish to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has moved to the packaging and shipping phase, we are unable to halt the process.
