Easy tracking for your order: simply add the tracking ID you received in your shipping confirmation email into the box below.

The tracking ID structure is LYxxxxxxCN. 

 After clicking "Track" you need to choose ePacket

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in your country, it will move quickly to your doorstep

Where is my order? 

All orders will take approximately 1-3 business days to process. Delivery to the United States takes approximately 2-3 weeks, while international delivery takes approximately 2-4 weeks to Complete. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches. In extremely rare cases, it may take a bit longer.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

We are doing everything to keep our prices low, therefore we work with multiple manufactures and ship items from several locations overseas, so orders with multiple items may arrive separately and at slightly different times. 

Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?

Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.
